Promote within, move up in positions swiftly.
Cons
Hr department does not handle any situation adequately. They force unwanted people out. No over time on swing shift. Exceedingly high retention rates. Poor training for any position. Rarely 40hrs of training for new hires. No training class for equipment operators. Promise positions without intentions of moving forward with process. Management does not follow process they have put in place. They have no solutions for language barrier with employees that do not speak English.
