1) Salary was poor when compared with local competition and the insane, but sometimes unstated, expectations.
2) The expected workload was excessive. All of this talk about work-life balance is just talk.
3) Communication with the regional administration was very, very poor. They are very aloof and utilize hearsay and CCTV footage to form opinions.
4) The overall attitude of local management at the regional and clinic level was overly punitive. It left me with the impression that the place was run by control freaks who enjoy making people hurt.
