No sick days - SO, if you call in due to illness for you or your children, then you must take UNSCHEDULED PTO which IS held against you as an occurrence. Even if you have a doctor's excuse.
Also, loss of a family member that is not listed in the Bereavement Policy IS held against you as an occurrence as well if you choose to call in to be with famil
In addition, if you are at work and become gravely ILL and have to leave this will be held against you as an occurrence as well. As will being late if there is a wreck, etc. that is beyond your control. So basically, if you receive 8 occurrences in one year, you will be terminated.
Thanks for the COMPASSION Methodist. (ICARE) remember??
