Pros
Great camaraderie. Working with new patients everyday was rewarding. Coworkers really cared for each other and pushed each other to do better and learn new things. It was great being able to share ideas on how to ensure great patient quality care.
Cons
The workload was sometimes overwhelming but the team would come together to figure it out and get things done. Also, promotions are very rare but it may just depend on which department you are in.
