Pros

Team is supportive, and will guide you when asked. If something goes down, document everything. They have your back and will make a logical decision after obtaining all sides of a situation. No employees lost their job during quarantine.

Cons

Burnout affects everyone differently. Can hinder your flow when you're attempting to work with a patient. Annual raises are consistent, but miniscule. Leveling used to justify pay bumps, but no time is provided for those leveled up to pursue their interests / projects outside of patient care / documentation.

No cons, love this company and our team. Maybe just the field of physical therapy there’s no advancement really but that’s a profession issue.
