      Good benefits Competitive pay with surrounding hospitals

      Cons

      Staff turnover rate is ridiculous Too much micro-management which puts insane amount of stress on employees unsafe working conditions for nurses' and pca's, another reason why staff quit 6 to 1 ratio for nurses ( most times)...really. 15 to 1 for pca's ( most times)...you would think you were working is a nursing home

      Great and friendly providers. especially when compared to another hospital in area that is for profit.

      current unit is difficult, even though there are a ton of resources at hand
