Company Culture Great but some Cons - Client Success Manager Houzz Employee Review

The marketing is going downhill it seems which makes it hard to sell. The pay has always been low in my opinion and I also don't agree with how PTO is set up. No separate buckets for sick and vacation time. They are lumped into 1 bucket which makes it hard to delegate vacation time and takes time to acurr. Makes me hesitant to take time off for me also because if I purposely did not want to use PTO for a day and accept not getting paid you will get written up. Never experienced this before at another company but find it stressful. Company changes a lot as well so it's hard to keep up and makes it hard to integrate things when they do make changes.
