The software is outdated, the atmosphere is sad and depressing, and overall not a great experience. I hated going into work everyday. There was no mentorship, guidance or help. I often got yelled, sworn at and berated in meetings once a month, for minor things. There is no corporate professionalism. I later had PTSD from my terrible experience at this company, and horrific memories that lasted for months afterward. Management has a tendency to fly off the cuff and berate staff for no reason. I later on got another job at a different company and became the highest performing employee in my department. It was not me it was management.
