Poor Leadership - Adjunct Instructor Howard Community College Employee Review

Poor leadership continues to cause chaos. There continues to be constant employee turnover. One minute a person is the most wonderful employee, then suddenly an email announcing the person is no longer employed effective immediately is sent out. Poor hires result in problems for everyone. Employees are not respected by leadership.
