Don't take me to Howard! - Anonymous employee Howard Community Hospital Employee Review

small hospital acquired by larger Community Hospital. Leadership was poor, lied and incompetent. Was sexually harassed by second tier manager. Care is substandard. Local Docs consistently sit on very sick patients that they cannot care for rather than ship out to Indianapolis so these patients can receive the care they need. Overall I would NOT recommend going there unless you have given up on life
