Intro to the search industry. I learned a lot and met some fantastic people.
Cons
Terrible culture for EA/support staff. I've been in search for almost 15 years and HFA Philadelphia is notoriously known throughout the industry as a hostile work environment . Growing firms love to recruit from them because their employees are desperate to escape and so appreciative when they are finally treated like humans.
