Pros
Howard has been in the search business for a long time and is a wealth of knowledge. The majority of the people working here are further in their career (ie. they don't hire out of college) so the culture is more mature than many other recruiting firms.
Cons
No real plan for what happens after Howard's retirement. No diversity at the executive team level.
