Pros

Good place to start when beginning career in hotel industry, good experience, free food

Cons

minimum wage, poor management, poor organization, you bear the brunt for all the deficiencies of the hotel (there are many), poor software (will screw you up plenty), micro managed (i hate the most)

Pros

The hours were flexible, however there was no guarantee you would get 40 hours a week.

Cons

The work was hard, and a lot was demanded of you. 20-25 rooms per day as needed.
