Pros
Hybrid working environment. Do not need to set a standard day on which day you are turning up at the office. And you have to go to the office 2 days a week.
Cons
They overload you with reporting on numbers, which leads to no sense of achievement. You will not be rewarded for your efforts if you do not hit the target. It's an old working environment with no segregation of jobs. It is overlapping and everyone is having so much political agenda.
