Management was toxic. Happy to hire with no previous experience but do not train. Made me feel like an outsider and removed all of my confidence when working there. Horrible experience

I’ve been employed here for just over two years and to date, I’ve had a very good experience working for the firm. The Owner Partners endeavour to make themselves approachable to all members of staff, regardless of their role. The firm aims to hire genuinely nice people and that has paid off where all colleagues tend to get along and this makes for a healthy work environment. My team leader has taken the time to discuss my career aspirations and set achievable goals for me to help progress my career. When I have made mistakes, I’ve never been in trouble and instead the Owner Partners have helped assess what went wrong, how to fix it and how to avoid the same issue occurring in future. It has always been treated as a learning experience. I am proud to say we have a vibrant and diverse culture at the firm with a majority of female in senior positions within the firm across all our departments. The Owner Partners are always open to hearing and testing new ideas from members of staff, regardless of their level or experience and they really promote an inclusive work culture.

The firm is very accommodating to flexible working requests and sometimes it does mean we have the occasional quieter day in the office.
