Pros

The product is excellent and the teammates are nice.

Cons

The leadership team is completely out of touch. The strategy keeps changing, and the company doesn’t seem to have a clear direction. The culture pretends to be inclusive, but in reality, employees’ opinions and ideas don’t matter.

Pros

Howspace is the best collaboration and learning platform, reliable, versatile, evolving, and loved by customers. Lovely and satisfied customers. I have never before worked in a place where customer satisfaction is this high, which means that 99% of customer work is positive, inspiring, and energizing. Smart, helpful, fun, and easygoing coworkers. A good spirit of collaboration, largely shared values, and a shared "love" for Howspace have carried us forward so far. Good employment benefits and nice get-togethers every now and then.

- kasvufirma, jolla on ollut ja tulee olemaan kasvukipuja - Kasvuhakuisella yrityksellä on elämä jatkuvaa muutosta. Kun tulee uusia johtajia, tehdän jälleen uudella tavalla. Kasvu ja voittaminen tarkoittaa kovaa työtä ja jatkuvaa muutosta.

Pros

+ although there are constant changes, these days it feels like the direction is clear and the company is making improvements rather than changes + the company has gone through a rather long path to become a SaaS company, but now it seems like we’re finally getting there + fun and professional people, I truly enjoy working with my colleagues + ambitious targets, but there’s room for freedom and responsibility in how to achieve them

Cons

- not a con as such, but with changes in the leadership, the culture is developing and don’t know yet which form it will take - the pace is high, and constant prioritisation is needed to manage one’s workload sustainably - some of the pro’s could also be seen as cons, and I think it requires a certain mindset to see them more as positives
