Pros
Comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. There are some people there that really do care and want to make it a better place. It got better in the time I was there. Every now and then we got lunch. Free coffee, espresso, basic snacks. Get to learn a lot, since you have a lot to work on.
Cons
Atmosphere is sometimes too relaxed that nobody follows the rules. There are some people there that really don't care and just do the minimal amount of work. Having a yearly or quarterly review and pay raise would go a long way. You'll have 200 tasks in your lap, be expected to finish them by end of day, and tomorrow you'll get 100 more. There are always shifting due dates and deadlines. The projects always get 25% complete before moving onto the next project, task, or big idea.
