Pros

Ethical company. Hubbell growing and sometime has growing pains, but tries to stay modern in it's management and benefits.

Cons

Sometimes they want non-manufacturing roles to be based at a plant. There is an 1970's idea that everyone should work out of a plant, even if the role has no cross-pollination with plant operations.

Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

Salary employee required to use a time clock. If you don't work 40 hours, then you don't get paid for 40 hours. Have to clock out for lunch, and clock back in right at 30 minutes. For a salary position this is very odd. Job was so boring, other co worker proceeded to do most of the work, and always complained how busy they were. Meanwhile I sat for 8 hours a day with nothing to do. Manager was remote to, so there was no help there. Asked many times for more work, and nothing.
