Great people to work with. Nice facilities and benefits. Always something new in the works to benefit employees.
Cons
Need better communication between departments and brands; Most managers have "teachers pets" so a lot of unfairness goes unnoticed by management. They are SLOW at hiring new people, their "max 10%" raise when switching jobs is ridiculous. Wrong people getting promoted
