CEO is volatile and prone to obscene outbursts directed at specific people, but loud enough that interrupts the ability to work effectively. The have a Management - Down system where the manager gives the order, if the project doesn't go well (depending on which department you work in) the "blame game will begin" resulting in the low man or woman on the list getting hung for the entire project. They have promoted many to the point of incompetence and the CEO is very hands on, but very volatile. This is a poorly run organization and a toxic work environment.
