Pros

- Emphasis is put on learning not just after onboarding but throughout your time working there. They have a training for just about everything. - Some people might find this as a con but once in a while you get to be part of some very impressive projects, it means extra responsibility but it does feel good to feel trusted. - Some of the tasks are quite interesting, they contribute to further enhancing your skills. - My colleagues are top notch. - I find that I like my management team, at least they are friendly. - Work hours are relatively flexible.

Cons

- Cons are pretty much typical for a business of this type, the main problem here is that the company is not comparably not competitive in the job market as other companies in this industry in terms of compensation, privileges (for instance home office) and benefits. Hence employee turnover is high. - Lots of focus is put on trivial things, energy that can be put elsewhere, from the employee's perspective it feels like micromanagement.

Pros

decent company to start a career in B2B sales, there is a lot to learn. with this job, you skip the usual first 1 or 2 years doing cold calling, you go straight to the next level. there is no cold outreach involved, only inbound leads.

Cons

poor and outdated management practices, to say the least. no benefits of any kind.
