      Too much office politics There are some staff who are clearly not fit to be there but are just because they are in a good relationship with certain people. This really affects productivity.

      Great work environment and easy access to top leadership. An ambitious leadership team that will take the company far.

      Cons

      Some turbulence due to the rebrand but this is obviously not a permanent con!
