      Easy to get the job and maintain job always will have a way to work and meeting new people. Easy dress code.

      Cons

      Hard work, no team work, poor management and no promotions.

      Pros

      The conventions are a nice perk. They have awesome swag bags and give away fabulous prizes. Work day is easily done by 3pm

      Cons

      Low volume stores have to work hard to meat company goals concerning labor and food cost. Sometimes locations are difficult to staff.
