Unfortunately, demonstrates a concerning level of greed by compelling their office employees to take on housekeeping duties. For instance, leasing consultants, who are typically expected to work in an office environment, are required to mop floors, vacuum, and clean bathrooms. This practice undermines the professionalism of these roles and showcases the audacity of the company's approach to employee responsibilities. It's disappointing to see a profitable company treating their staff in such a manner, prioritizing their bottom line over the appropriate use of their employees' skills and professional roles.

At Hudson Grove Property Management, we strive to create a supportive and collaborative work environment. When hiring for any open position, we clearly communicate the specific responsibilities of the role. For some of our smaller portfolios, a full-time leasing position is not required. Therefore, we created a hybrid role based on the properties' budget and needs. We ensure that job responsibilities are clearly communicated during the interview and hiring process to prevent any confusion in the future. Additionally, we believe in working as a team and supporting each other on-site. This means that any position may assist with other tasks if the need arises, fostering a team-oriented atmosphere and ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. We understand that a hybrid role and/or supporting one’s coworkers might not be ideal for everyone, and we are always open to discussing any concerns or suggestions our employees may have to better align with their career goals and professional growth.
