Not many cons for working here

Laid back because you don’t have a manager standing over you.

Over the holidays they will swamp you with tons of work to do in such little time. It was impossible at times to get the work done before your shift to end. Stingy about overtime... Rarely get a raise or promotion with this company and that’s why I left.
