      There are some good people in the company Centrally located office

      Cons

      There's very little trust from high and mid level to associate level. Never clear SOP's or direction. Always a changing target with no clear distinction of why or how until it's too late. They expect you to always be available regardless if sick, out of town, or on vacation. If you don't stay late most days it goes against you. Leadership definitely plays favorites.

      Pros

      Ownership cares about your professional growth. You have the opportunity to be creative and build new lines of business and this is heavily encouraged. Get to stick your hands in lots of different buckets. Leadership listens to feedback. Company is very healthy and successful.

      Some teams can be difficult to communicate with.
