Culture - smart, ambitious and genuinely nice people who want to collaborate and build together. I've learned so much from those around me. Development - everyone is called on to make the best impact they can. We are constantly learning together. It's a great place build a career. Product - the ambition and trajectory of the product is really exciting. It feels like the sky is the limit.
Cons
Start up challenges - Working at an early stage company is not for everyone. Building a business from the ground up is challenging by its nature.
