Pros
- if you can take the daily unnecessary abuse from clients and internal team, its actually a great place to sit and relax - hybrid work model - working hours are great too (35hrs weekly or so) - very good work life balance
Cons
- private company with no proper SOP but tries to behave like a functional organization which ends up in a huge chaos - oversell packages to clients; mostly acting as a third party and very concerned with charging clients higher than market prices - every country has got different standards and pricing for services; difficult to work as a whole unit overall - like all the negative comments above, im echoing it again for those who intend to join - one man's decision will set the tone for you in the company - no job stability (fired anytime) - putting out fire daily due to bad communication between country managers and clients - weird unrealistic KPI to fulfill yet many hats to wear - high turnover rate as expectation overwhelms reality
