I worked at Humancloud Technologies as a UI/UX Designer, and my experience was unfortunately disappointing. The role expectations were unclear, and I was frequently assigned graphic design and unrelated tasks outside my job scope, often under significant pressure and unrealistic deadlines.
The company appears to rely heavily on interns, and many of them are hired under long contract periods with cumulative payment structures. From what I observed, several interns struggled with payment clarity and job security. There also seemed to be a high employee turnover rate, which created an unstable work environment.
Workplace culture was challenging, with limited support and high stress levels. Communication from management often felt reactive rather than structured, which made it difficult to work efficiently or grow professionally.
I would recommend that future candidates thoroughly clarify role responsibilities, payment terms, and contract conditions before joining.
