No contracts, no bonuses, overworking and underpaying. Most of the departments are just one-man-army. The CEO is a control-freak with poor people skills. He reach out to you in weekends, late at night, and in vacation days. The deadlines are usually 3-5 hours and he expects constant updates. No structure. Feedback comes from the CEO. You never know what you are expecting and what you have to do.
