Pros
- Fully Remote Work - Working with charities and seeing the effects of the work through revenue reports - Nice perks in quarterly gifts, zoom events, and discounts on games/media
Cons
- Steep learning curve that is used against you despite being warned about it considerably through hiring process. If you aren't pushing yourself to meet inconsistent practices, you're judged unfavorably and are places in a probationary area of the company. - Rude management that treats those who don't follow random, small changes terribly (ie - having face cam on zoom turned on for all meetings) - No consistency in terms of reporting issues with senior staff/management - Mixed messaging about responsibilities - Excluded from department changes if not favored by senior staff. - Concerns were often given 'care' in the moment but tossed to the side after a certain period of time - Strong-armed into participation of arbitrary rules with the threat of probationary action if not followed - Random meetings with HR staff under senior management without any forewarning, which could be followed by on-spot terminations
