- Hungry team looking to do something different that the rest of the consulting world - Open minded and actively experimenting with new techniques - Focus on strategic innovation makes a nice change from innovation firms all doing customer-centred design - Freedom fridays mean you get long weekends every fortnight
Cons
- Pay model isn't for everyone (Low base, High Profir Share) - Don't get the support structures of a bigger firm - you need to be a self starter and make things happen
