A Challenging Experience at HungryPanda - Marketing HungryPanda Employee Review

I worked at HungryPanda as a Marketing professional , unfortunately, my overall experience was less than satisfactory. 1. Lack of Clear Communication: One of the major issues was the lack of clear communication from upper management. Important decisions and changes in strategy were often implemented without transparent explanations, leaving the marketing team feeling disconnected and unsure about the direction of our campaigns. 2. Inadequate Resources: Despite the high expectations for successful marketing campaigns, the resources provided were often inadequate. We struggled with limited budgets and insufficient tools, making it challenging to execute effective strategies and meet ambitious targets. 3. Unreasonable Workload: The workload at HungryPanda was consistently overwhelming. Tight deadlines and constant pressure to deliver results led to a stressful work environment. The expectation for extended working hours without appropriate compensation further added to the strain on the team. 4. Limited Growth Opportunities: There was a noticeable lack of structured professional development opportunities. Career growth seemed stagnant, and it was unclear how one could progress within the company.
