Bad execution Disorganization Poor management.

Nice co- workers and work environment was well kept

Owner and head chef hired me, barely gave me enough time to train and then just didn’t give me shifts afterwards. I pressed the issue only to be ghosted which I then reiterated only to find out that I’d been let go. Didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me first hand, had to beg for information. Horrible management.
