Pros
Managers are extremely flexible to your last minute schedule needs. Always try to motivate you through out the day. Dealership moves about 200 units a month. Employees are friendly to each other. A lot of new changes and big things are going on so hopefully they fix the cons!
Cons
1. Integrity, managers pick favorites and have people selling cars who are not certified. Ex. 2 new sales people with both the same amount of experience(4+ years) are hired at the same time. One is forced to spend 3 to 4 weeks doing training to get certified in the brands. The other is told he can start selling right away. Neither worked with either brand prior to working for Hunter. They train you to tell the customers that they are 100% transparent; however, with its employees they literally hide as much as they can from sales people then say that its not them or they are working to fix it soon. Last but not least. lets tie in integrity with accountability. They "Fire" an employee for leaving to early each day and make up his own schedule and broke multiple rules. Then told everyone that he will be hired back within a month. Just so that you all know it is policy that the turn around time is 6 months not 30 days. 2. You are being double packed. 800 for used soft pack. 325 new soft pack. Then an additional 525 Hard pack that no one tells you about. 3. Be prepared for R.O.'s to sink your gross. 4. Mini's are $100 5. Realistically you need to sell 20+ cars to make serious money.
