Pros
This company has a very family-friendly feel to it. Everyone works together closely and collaboratively across multiple departments.
Cons
I was laid off with no warning. I was told that I didn't have enough experience in the "construction industry" to do the job to its full extent. But it took them 8 months to figure that out, and I had no indication that it was coming, nor a chance to learn what I needed to.
