Pros
Great benefits, good job for a young adult trying to make it in the world. They train well and will advanced you according to your own accountabilty. If you go to school and plan to get a career that HD provides they will give tuition assistance. Good variety of different cultures in employees. Company picnics and perks that benefits familys of employees. No turnover rate. Comes with great training. Most employees been there for more the 15 years.
Cons
Like most companies they have a lot of politics. Current management in HBU is by far the lowest it will get through all the years i was there. Not really what you know, but who you know. Some employees only look out for THEIR best intentions in most cases, so consider that a warning. I had a great experience there until management ruined that for me.
