Good base pay for call center. Nice work environment. Consistent pay. Consistent hours. Nice coworkers. Company does a good job at making employees feel valued

Cons

Strict attendance policy. It would be very nice to be given more mercy as life happens. Customers tend to be a bit crabby at times.

Pros

There is so much talent with great knowledgeable professionals to work with, they offer great benefits, and bonuses.

Cons

Was bought out by a private equity whom are known to do massive layoffs. They completely changed the structure. New owners are a buy, lay off, overwork current employees with leftover work, maximize profit, then sell type of business approach.
