Pros
HD is large company and therefore has good benefits. Good training available through websites. A lot of good people to work with and for. Good advancement opportunities if you're willing to relocate.
Cons
Large company with many locations so getting things you need accomplished very difficult. Employees get laid off by management that have no idea what they do. Company is in a transition state since long time CEO Marv Hopkins retired. Most factory workers have low pay. Not much thought to quality work, more on quantity.
