Management is untouchable; For example, I was witness to several unprofessional and, quite frankly, unacceptable situations in a short period of time. I found that going to HR is of no use if you are concerned about anyone on the upper level because it is simply just reported back to the management at that practice...leaving them to independently decide how to resolve things, although, of course, this "resolution" usually just means they are now aware of the employee complaining about them and things are about to get much worse for that individual. High criticism, low praise High expectations for underpaid & mistreated low level employees- they're always the scapegoat as well
