      Good job to get started in the industry. You are trained a lot in both teller and personal banker roles. This makes you a very valuable employee to competing banks.

      Cons

      Micro managed all the time, between your manager and the district manager. A lot of busy work papers that need to be filled out daily.

      Can be feast or famine on work load, time tracking is getting extreme to a point of micromanaging rather than letting us do the job in the time we need, forced use of AI
