Pros
The staff and all of the teachers are super friendly. The hours are very flexible; you can essentially work as much as you want. I'd definitely recommend working at HLC for anyone who loves to help unique students rise to their highest potential.
Cons
It would be awesome to have separate spaces to work with students. But at the same time, everyone being on the floor creates a sense of community, and it's really easy to get help from fellow teachers.
