Positive attitude and attention from HR. Good communication from very Top levels of organisation to associates. Investing in staff development possibilities. Currently, Investing in IT systems. Adapting fast to the market from business perspective. Money first attitude ( beneficial for very top executives).
Cons
Lack of induction and on-boarding for new associates, very little care shown. Experienced associates retire taking knowledge with them. Poorly structured and documented company's past activities, projects, work done in the recent time, searching in the hay stack is the feeling that never leaves. Lack of structured work approach, 'fire fighting' approach everywhere and expected from you to do the same. Very hectic. Overall feeling is that company is lagging 15 years behind in IT solutions used, was not expected from this type of company. Work is done for the tick, not end result. Seen people burn-out, hundred people let go in last 6 month on short notice. Projects started-stopped. Money first attitude (- for bottom workers). Huge uncertainty.
