incompetent leadership, boring or stressful job - days in between are rare, no career progression possibility, internal transfer practically impossible (only those who butter up to management stand a chance), no appreciation of hard work, preference towards less ambitious employees who will be satisfied with mediocre job, no HR department onsite (remote service from South), bullying - management is aware but not doing much, toxic employees kept in the job, very bureaucratic company, employees are told only what they need to know - as little as possible and they are not involved in decision making, issues swept under carpet, job is called "customer service" but it involves much more responsibility and stress
