      Good work life balance. Decent compensation and benefits. The senior leaders are kind and they value compliance in all scenarios. There were also good career opportunities within the organization.

      Cons

      The pace might not be too fast as the industry itself is rather stable. For a very young person, he or she may not find it that exciting as compared to fast paced industries such as tech or fmcg.
