      Good learning for fresh out of college as you get hands-on on everything

      Cons

      Since it is a tier 1- You have to be hands - on from day 1 and you were expected to wear multiple hats at once.

      It’s mon-fri with weekends available

      Cons

      Severely underpaid. Will train temps to come in and make more money to start then the union employees. Union is ran by incompetent people. Half the employees do not speak English which makes for hard communication in the shop.
