      Very friendly and open environment Great deal of personal freedom and responsibility on projects Opportunities for continued learning are encouraged including tuition reimbursement Upper management is generally friendly and are open to speaking with anyone in the company.

      Cons

      Auto and Off-Highway can be extremely different and that leads to some unique challenges.

      Good learning for fresh out of college as you get hands-on on everything

      Cons

      Since it is a tier 1- You have to be hands - on from day 1 and you were expected to wear multiple hats at once.
