      Pros

      Career Advancement in a fast growing company. If you are looking to advance quickly, HUSCO has plenty of opportunities. Their senior management does a good job developing new business and diversifying.

      Cons

      The location isn't a very exciting place to live, although Milwaukee is a half hour away. They make hydraulic valves, it doesn't take very long before you are no longer learning anything new or doing anything truly challenging.

      Good learning for fresh out of college as you get hands-on on everything

      Cons

      Since it is a tier 1- You have to be hands - on from day 1 and you were expected to wear multiple hats at once.
