Complete opposite of the kind of enthusiasm that they create about their product. The management here do not know how to cater individuals and will shame you in front of your colleagues when you make a mistake, even when you are just following orders.
There's no training provided at all, only criticism and corrections over what you said - via email even when your manager is next to you.
The open office plan isn't working either - nobody talks and if you do you feel like you are disturbing people it's that quiet.
The tasks themselves were repetitive and unfulfilling - which makes you look unmotivated as it's the same day in-day out - it's probably more fun working in retail.
Not enjoyable working here wouldn't recommend it.
