Pros
I learned how basic frontend and backend development works in real projects. Exposure to multiple tasks helped me understand the end-to-end flow. Salaries were always paid on time. You get practical experience because the setup is small and you end up handling many things yourself.
Cons
The environment is very unstructured and feels more like a makeshift setup than a professional company. Micromanagement is extreme: tasks are expected to be done instantly, sometimes under pressure during live calls. Work hours regularly stretch far beyond normal limits, including late evenings and holidays also. Promises about growth, increments, and foreign opportunities are often made to rapidly complete their more then expected task but never fulfilled. Feedback, recognition, and appreciation are inconsistent and usually given only to a very small group. Internal communication often lacks professionalism, creating a stressful and uncomfortable atmosphere. Policies around leaves, expectations, and workload are unclear, and employees often feel insecure about their roles. Basic work resources like proper equipment and structured processes are missing.
